Hi, I’m Lindsay – a light-bringer, laughter-sharer, and your energy guide to healing.  Bringing light and healing energy to others is something that flows naturally through me. Whether it’s holding space for my family, friends, clients, or even those I briefly meet, I embrace each connection as a blessing. I consider it an honor to offer this energy, and I am grateful every time I do.

A kind smile exchanged with a stranger, or hearing a simple "thank you" after an act of kindness, often brings me a tingling sense of joy—and yes, sometimes even a watery eye! These small, everyday moments are at the core of my mission: to spread kindness and connection as I dance through life in Lindsay's Lane.

A Journey of Healing and Growth
Since becoming a Certified Foot Reflexologist in 2015 (while 3 months postpartum with our firstborn), I’ve dedicated myself to continually expanding my expertise in health and wellness. Along this journey, I’ve certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher, Kids Mindfulness and Yoga Instructor, Meditation Guide, Healing Touch Practitioner, and Indian Head Massage Therapist. Currently, I’m completing my training as a Yoga Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher.

Beyond certifications, I’ve gained invaluable friendships, mentorships, and hands-on experience with others who share my passion for healing and wellness. Together, we build a community rooted in support and growth.

My Passion for Energy Work
I am especially passionate about the power of our energy centers—the Chakra system. This passion comes alive through the experiences I create, like the MUGUP Meditation Experience, my 1:1 sessions here at Middle Arm Charm, and the workshops and retreats I host. These moments of sharing energy and connection are what I love most.

A Grateful Life of Balance and Connection
This space and business I’ve built with you allow me to serve and heal while maintaining a beautiful balance with my family life. I’m blessed with a loving husband, two beautiful daughters, and a darling pup. (oh and let's welcome our new additions of 7 beautiful chickens).  Together, we cherish our rural lifestyle, spending time in our greenhouse & gardens,  hiking, sharing meals, and enjoying weekend adventures.

Dance has always been my favorite way to release and let go, with meditation and yoga right alongside it. It brings me the joy of movement and stillness, both essential to my life.  I am also working on becoming a runner, something I really enjoyed once upon a time.
