Service Description

The Pure Bliss Experience: You Begin your session with a warm sea salt foot bath and a little chat with Lindsay to discuss any intentions, your health and wellness concerns and goals or about life in general. We start with the Indian Head Massage which include warmed coconut oil, a relaxation back massage targeting the upper back, shoulder blades (big stress carrying space), back of neck and into the scalp, finishing with a warm cloth along the back to wipe away any excess oil. We then begin a warm coconut oil pour upon your forehead (third eye chakra) allowing the oil to flow into the hair, taking with it any worries or stress you may be carrying. While the coconut oil flows away, Lindsay Guides you on a light meditation bringing you into even deeper relaxation. This portion of the Pure Bliss ends with a facial massage where acupressure points are activated to promote healing, elasticity and collagen production. A warm cloth and essential oils are used to close out this experience. You will then receive your Foot Reflexology session which includes relaxation massage to warm up the feet and legs. Reflexology is based on the philosophy that there are reflexes on the bottom of the feet that directly correlated with every organ and gland in the body. These therapies, although different in modality, share the common benefits of stress reduction, tension relief, anxiety, and inflammation reduction which in turn leaves the client with the overall benefit of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being. When you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically strong and balanced, you are best equipped to live a healthy happy life.
