Indian Head Massage & Reiki

Service Description

Relax and Rejuvenate your Mind, Body and Energy with this pairing of Indian Head Massage followed by 30 Minutes of Reiki Energy Healing. You Begin your session with a little chat with Lindsay to discuss any intentions, your health and wellness concerns and goals or about life in general. We start with the Indian Head Massage which include warmed coconut oil, a relaxation back massage targeting the upper back, shoulder blades (big stress carrying space), back of neck and into the scalp, finishing with a warm cloth along the back to wipe away any excess oil. We then begin a warm coconut oil pour upon your forehead (third eye chakra) allowing the oil to flow into the hair, taking with it any worries or stress you may be carrying. While the coconut oil flows away, Lindsay Guides you on a light meditation bringing you into even deeper relaxation. This portion of the Pure Bliss ends with a facial massage where acupressure points are activated to promote healing, elasticity and collagen production. A warm cloth and essential oils complete this portion of the treatment. At that time, we call in the Reiki energy for your ultimate healing experience.
